Today  :  Rain, heavy at times, will spread  to  western
areas during the morning and reach Eastern Scotland  and
Northeast  England this afternoon.  The Southeast   will
have  occasional  rain but remain mostly  dry.  Becoming
windy  with gales in the west and later the north.  Mild
everywhere.


And  the  outlook for Tuesday  and Wednesday   :Becoming
colder  in the east but most places still wet and windy.
